Within any business, several important projects are going on at any time. You will clarify goals and tap into the creativity of your team and on-hand resources much faster and more efficiently with the discipline of the right creative process and a skilled facilitator.

What a

Facilitator Isn’t

But let’s clarify what a facilitator isn’t. You might have heard the term tossed around in various contexts, from public speaking to event planning. However, that’s not quite what we do here. Unlike speakers or event organizers, our focus is solely on facilitating meaningful progress for you and your business.

What is a

Facilitator?

So, what exactly is a facilitator? It’s not just about throwing around ideas; it’s about bringing them to life with purpose and direction. A skilled facilitator is like a guiding hand, leading you through a creative process to turn your ideas into tangible results. Think of it as a roadmap, complete with clear goals, actionable steps, and deadlines to ensure progress.

The

Facilitator’s Role

“Facilitator” comes from the Latin root “facilis,” meaning “easy.” In a business application of the creative process, a facilitator’s role is to work with you to make it easier to identify and clarify your desired business outcomes. Then, recommend and apply creative processes to suggest a roadmap to accomplish them.

With a skilled facilitator managing meeting dynamics, you can fully engage with your team to generate ideas and build action plans to accelerate progress and get the job done.
